Somebody’s Grand Prix SJ’s interior.
It’s a simple picture, it shows the dashboard/interior as pictured from outside the driver’s door of a car. And if you don’t include one like it when advertising your vehicle, you’ve already failed at advertising your vehicle.
You can get me interested in your car with four pictures: the one shown above, the engine, a front 3/4 shot, and a rear 3/4 shot. That’s all you really need. Of course I’d like more pictures, but I NEED those ones.
Head on shot of the nose? Don’t need it. Straight on shot of the side? Don’t need it. Close up of the back seat? Don’t need it. If you include them in addition to, that’s cool, but never instead of the four pictures listed above.
That's my Oppo PSA for the day.

Absolutely. The more the merrier, but every ad needs to meet some kind of minimum. That goes for the text too. I’m tired of seeing listings that leave out the trim level, or a simple odometer reading.

I’m trying to unload a K1500 Blazer with a blown transmission. I’m pretty confident any poor soul actually interested after reading that gives zero shits about the interior.

Well.. The body then the interior. Gotta make sure it’s a worthy project.

I want that GP in a bad way. Buckets and console? That’s a rare machine!

$1700, looks fairly solid.

There are more musts in text than there are in photos imo. VIN, or Carfax link, brief history, reason for selling if an unexpected price (big difference between, “it started making a noise, want something more reliable” and “need a bigger car”). Mileage, exact freaking model, etc.

I prefer the refreshed 81+ cars but that isnt bad.

Exactly. It’s in the seller’s best interest to post all that basic stuff so that interested parties can spot dealbreakers before wasting the seller’s time.

Also excellent ones to have. If it's at a dealer I'd love to see a photo of the whole bottom of the car, but naturally I wouldn't expect your average joe to go that far. But if you're saying the car is solid, show me a picture of a common rust spot showing that yours is better, you know?
